What is your stance on drinking alcohol while pregnant?

Just wondering, cos yesterday (christmas day) i have one light beer, which i nursed over about an hour and was eating copious amounts of food at the same time, and some people made me feel bad about it - it was just one, and it had less alcohol in it then 1 glass of wine. I don't normally drink at all, it was a special occasion. Im 14 weeks pregnant.
