Never been married before and don't have much info on a divorce!!!?

i know this sounds retarded but i got married to my kids dad on the 25th of february of 2011 and we haven't been together for almost a month now and was just trying to get some info on how much a divorce would cost and how quick could it be finalized in the state of texas......What information or advice i get would be great and thanks a lot!
