Do facilities like this exist in the US?

I'm looking for a private space with an open ceiling similar to a private backyard for the purpose of nude tanning (from the sun.) I don't have a backyard hence why I ask. I'd also like to avoid nude beaches because I'm also not interested in seeing copious amounts of nude old men. I suppose I could rent a yacht ride or the roof of a local building, but I fear these options may be too expensive/windy.
