My wife cheated and I'm divorcing her. Can I have sex with someone?

I'm divorcing her for having an affair and I am taking the house. Can I have sex before the divorce is finalized? My worry is that if she wants to challenge me getting the house, she will actually have a case if she found out i had sex before the divorce was finalized.
