How long is the form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative take to complete?

I'm Indonesia, Mom is a Green Card holder, she filed for I-130 Petition Alien Relative for me (28 years old) in June 2010 and just wondered how long it would take to finally get it finalized? 6 years? 10 years? 15 years? My mom will be a US citizen in 3-4 years. Will that speed the process once she becomes a citizen? Thanks.
