Why is it that people can't really understand my way of dealing with them?

When they blow a chance with me, it's over. If I expressly state that it is over and there will be no second chances in the future, it's over. For the rest of their life, they will never hear from me, see from me, nor will I attempt to talk to them ever again. So why can't they get this idea shoved into their heads instead of attempting to waste time with me while they go out with 10 women on dates. Because they're immature and narcissistic?
