You will NOT win either as your I.P. has already been tied to the theft of a media file. You will pay a minimum fine of 25000 bucks. The way it works is simple. ISPs are required by law to keep a tally of who of the customers was assigned what I.P. at what date and time for a period of at least 3 years. Comcast did NOT catch you. You were reported to comcast. Your next warning will be a court order to appear.
