Do i need to be in the city to buy a living social deal?

ok so theres a great seal come up today in the uk but i don't live in the city where the deal is taking place. i've looked on the website but cant see anything anywhere about being from the city the deal is advertised in. it's for something overseas so what are the chances of needing to go to bristol to finalise everything
