Career VS Relationship?

I know its a very hard decision and lots of people will probably say to stay with her... but i would say go for the job, just tell her you love her and you hope to see her again in the future. Then go and live your dream or you will regret it, its a hard situation to be in and i hope you make the choice that makes you happiest.
