Can I turn off utilties when people live in the house?

I lost my house to a foreclosure, the bank owns it. My old tenants still live in it. The utilities are all under my name I have been continuing to pay for it. This is in CA. No guessing please - the law is so in favor of tenants in this state I don't want to end up getting sued just because someone THINKS I can turn of the utilities just because I don't own/collect rent on it any more. Can I turn off the utilities while people are living in it? Do I have to give notice? Not give notice? Do they have to consent? All my money went to lawyers who didn't help me save my house so I can't afford to ask one this question so pleae if you know let me know thanks. I am very bitter and angry as you can tell having lost my house because the lender lied, strung me along with a 1 year modification but never finalized it then took my house away.
