Father wants standard visitation...but not really?
My daughter's father took me to court for visitation. It was ordered that we have a guardian at litem and psychological testing for him and not me. Soon after that order, her father agreed to settle an agreement with me out of court. We agreed on two days a week and even made a holiday scheedule. Then after talking to his parents he said that he wants standard visitation but he doesn't want to enforce it because he doesn't have time to see her that often. I don't know what to do because I want to settle this but he is insisting on something he doesn't want. I don't want him to randomly decide he is going to use it, especially because my daugghter doesn't really know who he is. We have mediation tomorrow to finalize everything but I can't agree to something he has personally told me to my face that he doesn't want.
